The Law Office of David Stone is committed to the ideal that personal service must be provided to each client. We encourage frequent communication with our clients by telephone, Email and in person. We are available by appointment on weekdays, weekends, evenings and on holidays. Very often the exchange of information between client and attorney can be accomplished by telephone, fax or Email, and we encourage these alternate forms of communication. FEES

Specific rates or fee structures will be discussed at your initial consultation. Some cases are handled on a contingency basis, while others are taken on a hourly or flat-fee arrangement. The nature of the services to be rendered and the complexity of the matter is evaluated before a fee or fee structure is quoted.

PRO-BONO REPRESENTATION

At the Law Office of David Stone & Associates we strongly believes in advancing the public good and helping those who are in need of legal services. We do our part to help such clients by accepting select cases at no charge or at reduced rates. The undertaking of such cases is dependant upon the availability of attorney time and the legal issues presented. Only cases where a substantial injustice may result or the public good is at issue will be considered for pro-bono representation.
