David Stone, Esq.  is a fourth generation life long resident of New Rochelle, whose family in New Rochelle  dates back to the mid 1800's. Over the almost 150 years that has passed the family has grown and its roots have become firmly planted throughout the various neighborhoods of the city.  David Stone, Esq. has been active in the school district, politics and the city government for 45+ years.

Mr. Stone is an active member of the community. He serves as an Arbitrator in the City Court of New Rochelle, is a member of the New Rochelle Bar Association, on the Board of Directors of the Stephen Gaynor School , and is a past member of the Executive Board of the Independence Party of Westchester County. Mr. Stone donates his time to the free representation of battered women and children, learning disabled students and in the resolution of disputes between local residents.

David Stone is a long time member of Temple Israel, graduate of the New Rochelle High School and Junior High Schools, and received his undergraduate degree in 1983 from Boston University in Mass Communication, and graduate degree in Law from John Marshall in Chicago in 1990. He is admitted to the practice of law in the State and Federal Courts of New York and New Jersey , and is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Stone also holds a distinguished BV rating in peer review with Martindale-Hubbell.
